I'm Ramin. I don't come from recruitment.
Strange thing to put on a recruitment CRM site. It's also the reason this site works.
I have no favorite tool to defend. No agency past that biases me toward one vendor. I look at these 49 platforms the way you would if you had a month of free time and a research obsession.

What I do bring
I spent years inside a CRM company as Head of Content. I built the content engine at Close, a sales CRM, from zero. It generated over 250,000 B2B leads without a dollar of ad spend and became the main growth channel as the company passed $20M in annual recurring revenue.
That work taught me how CRM vendors operate from the inside. How they price. What "book a demo" is hiding. Which feature claims survive contact with real users.
When you're about to sign a contract with one of these companies, that's the insider knowledge that actually helps you.
Why this site exists
I found this category during market research and couldn't believe the state of it. Dozens of products, pricing locked behind sales calls, and buyers making five-figure decisions based on vendor marketing and thin listicles.
You deserve better raw material. So I built it.
Every price on this site is labeled. Official means the vendor publishes it. Reported means customers told us. Estimatedmeans our best read where the vendor won't say. Every ranking is explained in the methodology, and no vendor can pay for a position.
Where this is going
The comparison data is the foundation. The next layer is conversations.
I'm interviewing recruiters, TA leads, agency owners, and the founders and engineers building these tools. What the software actually solves, where it breaks under a real desk load, what a migration really costs you in lost placements, how buyers decide.
Anyone can scrape data. Nobody can copy a few hundred honest conversations with the people who know this market best. That's the bet.
I'm building all of it in public, and I'm learning the space as I go. When I get something wrong, tell me, and watch it get fixed the same week.
What's in it for you
Choosing a CRM right now?
Start with the comparison or the "Best for..." pages. The pricing table alone replaces a week of demo calls.
Running a desk or an agency?
Tell me what you use and what drives you mad about it. Twenty minutes of your experience shapes rankings that thousands of buyers read. In return you hear what everyone else is telling me before it gets published.
Building one of these tools?
Your customers and your competitors' customers read this site. I'd rather get your product exactly right than guess from your marketing pages. Walk me through it, correct the profile, tell me what the category gets wrong.

ramin@recruitmentcrm.com. I read and answer everything myself. Nothing to prepare, no pitch, and I'm not selling you anything.
Or just keep using the site. That's what it's for.
